Meet the Founder

ELEM 4 Wellness was founded by Francine Mickens, owner and Master Hair Care Specialist of Element Salon 2010. With over 40 years of experience in professional hair care,

Francine has dedicated her career to understanding hair and scalp health at its foundation.

Throughout her years behind the chair, she witnessed firsthand the emotional and physical impact of hair loss, thinning, and scalp challenges. Her passion for education, healing, and natural solutions led her to create products that extend salon-quality care beyond the salon and into everyday life.
